What is Food E File?

Food E File is the brainchild of Adam Baratz, it’s main focus is to share with you the full spectrum of all that is food and drink. From the bizarre, to the delicious, we try not to shy away from anything. Our goal is to inspire you to try something new, whether it be a delicious recipe or an innovative restaurant, and to share it with all of your friends, family, arch-enemies and whoever else is as food/drink obsessed as we are. We welcome you to comment on the posts, share your ideas, your memories and your passion with us. In this ever shrinking world, we want to be a part of yours!

Gage is a graphic designer living in Los Angeles and a dive bar aficionado.  His love affair with whiskey started in high school with a liquor cabinet in the house of a friend’s grandparents.  He learned to appreciate the complex flavor profiles of scotch because, well, it was the only thing to drink.  But what was once necessity has become a luxury.

His other hobbies include Vjing, museums, thrifting, and the occasional hiking/camping trip.
